Role Responsobilties:
- Ensure safety and performance standards are maintained for B737 (essential) A320neo & A320ceo (advantageous) aircraft during assigned duty periods.
- Perform high-quality maintenance and ensure the appearance of aircraft, vehicles, and equipment aligns with company standards.
- Be accountable for all work performed under your approval, ensuring compliance with EASA regulations and company policies.
- Work under the guidance of the Shift Supervisor and collaborate with the team to meet operational goals.
- Maintain valid Inspection Authorisation and Licensing for the designated aircraft types.
- Stay current with local Line Station procedures and familiarise yourself with other station procedures if reassigned temporarily.
- Complete all required documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping before the end of each duty period.
- Implement necessary updates to aircraft, company, or customer manuals as directed.
- Uphold Health & Safety standards in alignment with the company’s Safety Policy.
- Assist in developing strategies to optimize maintenance activities for on-time departures, reliability, and adherence to safety and revenue objectives.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as reasonably assigned.
Essential Experience and Qualifications
- EASA B1 License valid for Boeing 737 (essential) & A320neo & A320ceo (advantageous).
- Practical experience and worksheets or QA documentation showing current experience on these aircraft systems.
- Completed mandatory training such as Human Factors, EWIS, Fuel Tank Safety, and any recurrent training for the specified aircraft types.

- Successfully completed at least one ATA Level 3 full B1 type training on any of the listed aircraft.
- Proficient in using technical documentation, E-Logbooks, and adhering to EASA and company quality standards.
